Same idea as the potassirm permanganate baths they give you in the Skin Ward here.  Really helped me when my eczema was all crusty and infected.

They have used bleach baths for skin infections for years, but you have to use a tiny amount like a capful per bath. great idea and if its proven to help kids then it can help adults too.  :hugs:
